Accommodation

UEA are offering accommodation to participants on-campus at Barton House.   The accommodation itself, and the nearby Sportspark, are outside the competition area, but adjacent to it.

Please note that attractions on site mentioned below including the Sainsbury Centre and the sculpture park are within the embargoed area and should only be visited by competitors after the sprint races.  We will publish a description on this website delineating the OOB area for competitors prior to the race itself.  

Arrangements to use this accommodation must be made directly with UEA.   The event organisers are not responsible for bookings etc in respect of this accomodation.

Breakfast vouchers for a Full English can be purchased for the Sportspark café for £11.95 and each flat has a good-sized kitchen for those who prefer to bring their own food. 

The Student Union Bar will be open, they also sell food, pizzas etc.

To reserve your room at UEA please call Broadview Hotel on 01603 591918. Reception is open 8am – 9pm Monday – Sunday. You will be asked to confirm the below information:

• Arrival Date
• Number of Nights
• Number of single rooms

Please note: Rooms will be allocated into shared flats so you will be sharing a kitchen with other Orienteers. Flats are made up of 6-12 ensuite rooms. For anyone wanting to share a flat with specific individuals please let us know.

You will be asked to pay using a credit or debit card over the phone in full to confirm the booking.
